- What are different categories that are going to exist? Use them in conversation.

- Use the people in the district to help with these questions. Surveys? Ask opinions, get feedback.

- The Ministry position is a facilitator, not necessarily an expert.

- Tapping into outside resources. Everyone chips in a little.

- The position's roles: Admin, Create, Teach/Train, Minister.
- Closely linked with new church development.
- Foster worship life of local communities.
- District Story Communicator/Teller

- Young Adults on district board may be helpful.

Place for older people in the discussion?

- Find out who's the "organizer" for each church, get them in contact w/ eachother, get their input.
